PRICING

Simple base pricing. Extras only when the job actually needs them.

Basic prep covers the normal receiving-to-FBA workflow. Packaging or labor-heavy requirements are priced separately so you are not paying for services your SKU does not need.

BASIC FBA PREP
$1.10/ unit

1–499 units are $1.10 each. For 500–999 units, the first 499 stay at $1.10 and units 500–999 are $0.95 each, so larger orders never create a backwards price jump.

WHAT WE HANDLE

Practical prep for standard FBA inventory.

Receiving

Inbound carton confirmation, unit count and shipment-level records.

FNSKU labeling

Label printing and application to the correct unit/SKU based on the information you provide.

Polybagging

Small, medium and large bagging priced by the material required.

Bundling

Multi-unit sets, sold-as-set prep and additional bundle components.

Condition checks

Basic visual packaging inspection with questionable units separated before prep.

Outbound carton prep

Final packing, carton weight/dimensions and release using your FBA shipment instructions.

PROCESS

Nothing moves until the job is approved.

The goal is to remove surprises on both sides. Nothing should arrive before the product, quantity, prep requirements and available space have been confirmed.

01

Request a quote

Send the product, unit count, carton count and the prep your Amazon shipment requires.

02

Create your portal account

Once the job looks like a fit, create your customer account so products and shipments stay organized in one place.

03

Get account approval

We review the account before any inventory can be sent. The receiving address stays locked during this step.

04

Add products & request shipment

Save the SKUs you plan to send, enter quantities and carton details, then submit that shipment for approval.

05

Get shipment approval

We confirm capacity, pricing and the job details. New clients complete the 50% deposit before live receiving instructions are released.

06

We receive, prep & forward

Inventory is counted, visually checked, prepped, packed and forwarded using the Amazon shipment instructions provided for the job.

SPACE & STORAGE POLICY

Prep and forward, not long-term warehousing.

Storage rules are intentionally designed to keep inventory moving and prevent completed or delayed shipments from occupying prep capacity indefinitely.

Shipment approval required

Every inbound shipment must be approved before it is sent. Unapproved or materially larger-than-approved deliveries may be refused.

20-carton default cap

Up to 20 cartons per customer by default. Larger shipments require written approval based on current capacity.

Customer-delay grace period

If processing is waiting on missing labels, instructions, payment or other customer-supplied information, the first 3 business days are free.

Completed-shipment grace period

Once a shipment is ready for outbound release, the first 3 business days are free while shipping is finalized.

INITIAL ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Start with straightforward inventory.

We currently focus on standard-size, non-regulated products that can be safely received and handled in a small prep operation.

Good fit

Boxed consumer goods, apparel, accessories, home products and other standard-size FBA inventory.

Quote first

Fragile products, high-value shipments, unusual packaging, liquids or products needing more involved prep.

Not accepted initially

Hazmat, temperature-controlled goods, palletized freight, oversized freight or shipments requiring specialized regulated handling.

REQUEST A QUOTE

Tell us exactly what you plan to send.

No inventory should be shipped from this form alone. We review the request first and confirm pricing, capacity and the prep requirements before providing receiving instructions.

What prep do you expect to need?

Submitting a request does not authorize shipment. We confirm capacity, pricing and receiving instructions first.

FAQ

Before your first shipment.

Do you have a monthly minimum?

No. The minimum is per job, currently $50.

Can I send inventory before getting a quote?

No. Every shipment must be approved before it is sent. The receiving address is provided after approval and the new-client deposit.

Do you pay my Amazon freight?

No. Amazon/carrier freight remains the seller’s responsibility and should be arranged through the seller’s shipment workflow or carrier account.

How fast will my shipment be processed?

Turnaround is quoted before the shipment is accepted. The clock begins after the inventory and all required labels/instructions are available.

Can you store inventory for me?

This service is designed for prep and forwarding, not long-term storage. Short grace periods are included, then daily holding fees apply.

Will you open sealed retail packaging?

Not as part of a basic visual condition check. Any deeper inspection or product testing must be specifically agreed to in the quote.
